It is one of the oldest and largest in the United States. The school has been in business for over 50 years, a "half century" teaching and serving our community. We have trained over 50,000 people in self-defense and martial arts, both in our headquarters and with our Black Belt training videos. We also teach seminars to elementary and middle school children in non-violent self-defense and self-esteem programs offered to public and private schools. We have a huge training area and the most expensive protective mat in the South Bay
